Ministry Residency - Northwest Region (Undergraduate Ministry)

About this role
This is a 1–2 year ministry residency with InterVarsity in Washington (Northwest Region) designed to train and prepare an individual for the full role of a Campus Minister. The role provides intensive development through supervised, hands-on ministry functions with a review at the end of the term to determine potential continued employment. Compensation is a paid full-time salary that is dependent on the resident’s ability to raise personal support within the posted range.
