Reliant
The Ministry Residency at Grace Church is a full-time, one- to two-year training program designed to develop future church leaders, pastors, counselors, and missionaries. Residents engage in a balanced schedule of reading, writing, preaching, ministering, learning, and discipleship, while receiving coaching and support through a partnership with Reliant. The program offers theological seminars and practical ministry experience to help residents discern their calling and grow in leadership.
