The Minor League Baseball Technology Operator supports the Boston Red Sox Baseball Technology team by preparing and operating player development technologies at Polar Park during team road trips. The role focuses on managing systems such as Rapsodo and Trajekt to support data-driven player development and opponent preparation. It requires close collaboration with technology staff, independent work, and flexible scheduling aligned with the team’s road schedule. This is a seasonal, stadium-based role with work only assigned when the team is on the road.
