About this role
The IT Customer Support Analyst supports the U.S. Department of State mission in Iraq by planning, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining communications and IT systems at the Baghdad Diplomatic Service Center. The role contributes to daily site operations by setting up and maintaining computers, printers, networks, and user accounts to support staff and subcontractors. This is a contingency hire for work on a U.S. government contract in an overseas, austere environment.
