A Mission Manager, Commercial at SpaceX serves as the primary customer interface for commercial satellite missions and is responsible for the mission lifecycle from pre-contract negotiations through launch campaign and post-launch review. The role coordinates across internal teams (vehicle engineering, production, flight reliability, launch integration) to ensure safe, on-schedule missions that meet customer expectations. Team members may also support government and SmallSat Rideshare mission efforts.
