About this role

The Mission Planner on the Service Operations Team will develop and maintain integrated mission schedules for Blue Ring spacecraft, coordinating with engineering, payload customers, and operations to translate mission objectives into executable plans. The role supports real-time mission execution, resource scheduling, and the creation of command sequences while ensuring alignment with operational constraints and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Support real‑time Blue Ring mission operations as on‑console flight crew
Develop and maintain integrated spacecraft operation schedules
Generate and validate command sequences and mission planning products
Coordinate trajectory and maneuver planning with astrodynamics and engineering teams
Support development and automation of mission planning tools

Skills

Qualifications

B.S. in Engineering or equivalent technical fieldM.S. in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field (desired)Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility
