Mission Solutions Lead

The Digital Innovation Division is seeking an experienced Mission Solutions Lead to rapidly prototype, test, and field enterprise-scale data and platform solutions in direct partnership with mission customers. This role involves leading a small, agile team of engineers to move quickly from problem identification to working capabilities, iterating based on real customer feedback, and converting prototypes into adopted solutions. The position requires hands-on collaboration with mission customers to understand operational needs and translate fast-moving prototype work into enterprise-relevant outcomes.
