Mission Systems Integration Lead

This role within the Global Combat Air Programme (GCAP) Mission Systems Delivery Team focuses on leading the integration and development of mission system capabilities for a 6th Generation combat air platform. The position involves managing and supporting a team of engineers in an agile environment to ensure mission system products are technically coherent during concept and early design phases. It requires close collaboration with international partners, MOD stakeholders, and multidisciplinary engineering teams across various technical domains.
