About this role
Manager in Training (Finance) at Four Seasons France is an 18-month rotational program designed to develop the skills and knowledge required for a future management role within the Finance Division. The trainee will rotate across accounting, purchasing, payroll, income audit, cashiering and technology/data functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of hotel finance operations. Successful completion may lead to an Assistant Manager position or equivalent role depending on performance and opportunities.
