Mitigation Operations Manager – Water, Fire & Mold

The Mitigation Operations Manager leads the water, fire, smoke, and mold mitigation department, overseeing daily scheduling, crew leadership, and job quality from initial call to final invoice. This role involves setting departmental standards, managing Xactimate scopes, and ensuring compliance with adjuster and TPA reviews. The position requires strong leadership skills to hire, train, and coach technicians while maintaining equipment, vehicle, and safety standards. The manager will also handle rotating on-call coverage for emergencies and collaborate with adjusters, TPAs, property managers, and homeowners.
