About this role

Raytheon Vision Systems is seeking a Mixed Signal Design Engineer II to work onsite in Goleta, CA, developing cutting‑edge image sensor products. The role involves designing, developing, and verifying read‑out ICs and mixed‑signal integrated circuits for visible and infrared focal plane arrays within a fast‑paced multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Design and verify read‑out ICs for visible and infrared focal plane arrays
Evaluate process flow from design through synthesis, place‑and‑route, timing and power
Determine architecture, logic design, and system simulation for module interfaces
Develop mixed‑signal integrated circuits including analog signal chain and on‑chip ADCs
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on specification, fabrication, packaging and testing
