About this role

Tenstorrent is seeking a Mixed Signal IC Layout Design Engineer to execute full-custom physical layout of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, transforming schematics into manufacturable layouts for advanced FinFET processes. This remote role focuses on high-quality, high-speed analog/mixed-signal blocks and their integration into larger SoCs, requiring collaboration with circuit designers to meet performance, power, and reliability targets. The position is open to candidates at various experience levels, with offers aligned to the assessed level during the interview process.

Responsibilities

Execute full-custom analog and mixed-signal layout for key blocks from schematics to manufacturable designs
Develop optimized block and top-level floorplans balancing area, parasitics, and integration into larger SoCs
Apply best-known layout practices to optimize parasitics and close DRC, LVS, ERC, DFM, and Antenna checks
