Mixer Operator

The Mixer Operator is responsible for operating compounding mixing equipment to produce PVC compound material for the extrusion manufacturing department. This role involves performing quality control checks, troubleshooting machine issues, and ensuring production standards are met while maintaining a safe work environment. The position requires adherence to mixing recipes, accurate reporting of production data, and collaboration with the Compounding Process Technician and Shift Supervisor.
