ML Engineer, Discovery Applications

The ML Engineer, Discovery Applications at Mithrl is responsible for developing end-to-end scientific workflows that drive decision-making in drug discovery using Mithrl's AI Co-Scientist platform. This role involves building applications that facilitate biomarker discovery, target validation, and small molecule design, by integrating ML models, analytical methods, and domain-specific logic. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and validate the accuracy of the scientific applications they create, while also adapting to new data modalities as the platform evolves.
