ML Engineer

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Phare, you will be responsible for managing the internal ML development environment, ensuring rapid transitions from research to validated production pipelines. Your role involves collaborating closely with research teams to prepare models for production, establishing performance gates and handoff standards, and optimizing orchestration and compute solutions at scale. You will leverage your software engineering and ML experience to build training and inference infrastructure while maintaining a strong focus on both performance and cost efficiency. This in-person position requires a presence in the SoHo office at least three days a week.
