ML Engineer

This role involves building and operating end-to-end ML model serving infrastructure for real-time ad decisioning at Netflix, scaling inference paths to support dozens of concurrent models with strict latency budgets. The position requires designing and optimizing feature serving paths, productionizing scoring and ranking models, and driving operational excellence for ML systems to ensure reliability and performance at scale. The engineer will partner with Data Science and Platform teams to validate marketplace changes and maintain production monitoring for model performance.
