MLS Technical Specialist, Chemistry

The Technical Specialist is a senior laboratory role within specialty areas (e.g., Blood Bank, Chemistry, Cytology, Hematology, Microbiology, Cytometry, Molecular Diagnostics) performing CLIA-waived and non-waived testing and ensuring accurate test results used for diagnosis and treatment. The position may include delegated technical supervisory responsibilities for training areas and oversight of trainees, working under the general supervision of the Technical Director and Clinical Supervisors. The role is onsite at Brigham and Women's Hospital and supports education and competency programs for laboratory staff and students.
