About this role

The Mobile Engineer is responsible for the operations and maintenance of assigned buildings and property equipment to ensure energy efficiency, cost effectiveness, and reliable engineering services for tenants. The role supports preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire control and building management systems, and involves regular site visits across a portfolio of properties. The position requires on-site presence at portfolio properties and interaction with facility managers, tenants, vendors and regional operations leadership.
