About this role
The Mobile Building Engineer supports senior facilities staff in the day-to-day upkeep and efficient operation of client buildings by performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and related building systems. The role is mobile and requires travel between properties, using a company vehicle, and maintaining accurate records and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The position ensures systems are maintained in an energy-efficient and safe manner to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
