The Mobile Counselor III (Project Respond) is a community-based clinical position based out of NE Portland providing overnight coverage across Multnomah County. The role is part of Cascadia Health’s Project Respond program and supports the agency’s integrated whole-health mission while working with community partners and agency systems. This union-represented position requires travel within the community and flexible overnight scheduling.
