One Hope United
The Mobile Crisis Case Manager provides community-based crisis intervention, case management, and mental health services to children and adults. Working full-time, the role responds to crisis calls, conducts safety assessments, links clients to resources, and offers follow-up support to stabilize and improve client wellbeing.
