About this role

The Mobile Crisis LVN/LPT provides community-based, in-person response to individuals experiencing mental health crises as part of Crestwood’s Mobile Response Team. The role requires travel throughout Napa County to perform assessments, document holds, assist with stabilization and connect people to mental health resources. The position works collaboratively with counselors and peer specialists and supervises the Peer Specialist on the team.
