Under the supervision of the MIH Operations Manager, the MIH Coordinator implements and oversees South Shore Health policies and procedures to ensure effective delivery of Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH) services. The role is responsible for day-to-day operations and demand management of MIH programs, supports integrated health services across clinical and community settings, and participates in related projects and program development.
