Mobile Maintenance Mechanic

Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, this role involves the identification and repair of maintenance needs for residential and educational properties. The position requires performing scheduled preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and various trades including plumbing, masonry, carpentry, and painting.
