Mobile Operations Supervisor

LifeShare is seeking a Mobile Operations Supervisor to lead the mobile operations team in collecting whole blood and selected blood components while ensuring adherence to quality standards and collection goals. This role involves performing phlebotomy procedures, managing personnel activities, and making decisions regarding scheduling, safety, and public relations. The position requires constant interaction with donors, team members, and the general public to provide exceptional customer service.
