Mobile Outreach Worker

This position provides mobile outreach and hygiene services to individuals experiencing homelessness within the Cowichan Valley, promoting dignity, health, and community inclusion through a trauma-informed and person-centered approach. The role involves building trusting relationships, providing access to shower facilities and hygiene supplies, and facilitating connections to broader health and social services. The Mobile Outreach Worker also ensures efficient program operations through coordination, documentation, and adherence to organizational policies.
