About this role
The Mobile Peer Provider is a per-diem, on-call position based in NE Portland that delivers mobile, trauma-informed peer support to individuals and families experiencing mental health or developmental challenges. The role leverages lived experience to model recovery, provides crisis response and resource navigation, and collaborates with clinicians, emergency services, and community agencies. This position is part of Cascadia Health’s Project Respond program and requires regular documentation and adherence to agency protocols.
