Mobile Responder

This role involves responding to urgent care and Telecare alerts to help people stay safe, supported, and independent in their homes, preventing unnecessary hospital admissions. The position requires providing personal care, meal preparation, and emergency support across Wiltshire while working shifts that include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. The ideal candidate is caring, empathetic, and dependable, with strong communication skills and an understanding of the needs of elderly or disabled individuals.
