The Mobile Service Diesel Mechanic Technician IV at Ryder performs advanced diagnostics, major repairs, and preventive maintenance on heavy- and medium-duty vehicles using a mobile service truck. The role is primarily off-site, requires extensive travel (greater than 60%), and involves maintaining the truck, tools, and inventory while representing Ryder to customers. The technician works independently and with shop management as needed and may mentor lower-level technicians.

Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma/GED

- 4+ Years Heavy/Medium Duty Experience
- SBTIII (SBT220)
- OEM Diagnostic Courses
- Tire & Wheel Safety (TW220)
- PM Qualified (PM230 & PM298)
- Brake Air Qualified (BA220 & BA298)
- FMCS 396.25 Brake Inspector Qualification
