The Mobile Service Manager serves as the frontline leader connecting branch operations with customer sites, driving service quality and profitability while achieving annual EBITDA, sales, and inventory goals. This role involves overseeing mobile service operations, managing technician dispatch, and ensuring efficient scheduling and workflow management across assigned territories. The position is responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, managing department P&L, and maintaining the mobile service truck fleet.
