About this role

The Mobility Programs & Outreach Manager develops and advances transportation programs to help students, employees, and visitors travel to and around campus using options beyond single-occupancy vehicles. This role leads transportation demand management efforts, including transit promotion, carpooling, and micromobility initiatives, while supervising communications and outreach strategies. The position collaborates with campus stakeholders to identify transportation needs, encourage changes in travel behavior, and prepare the community for operational changes.

Responsibilities

Lead communications and marketing strategies to prepare campus community for service changes
Coordinate mobility pilot programs and evaluate their effectiveness for expansion or modification
