About this role

This role involves assisting patients with general mobility tasks, exercises, and functional activities as directed by clinical staff in an acute care setting. The incumbent supports the treatment plan by transporting patients, performing bed lifts and ambulation, gathering pre-treatment information, and maintaining accurate documentation in EPIC. They also collaborate with interprofessional teams, maintain equipment, and contribute to quality and safety targets.
