About this role

Torch Technologies is seeking a Model-Based Systems Engineer to support system-level architecture, requirements traceability, and digital engineering governance for the Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) program. This role involves conducting requirements analysis, supporting technical reviews, and coordinating changes to system requirements within a high-tempo defense development environment. The position requires collaboration with integrated product teams and adherence to DoD and Army policies for Major Defense Acquisition Programs.
