About this role

Leidos is seeking a cleared Model-Based Systems Engineer to join its Non-Kinetic Effects Business Area in Arlington, VA. The role will support DoD customers by developing system architectures, creating and maintaining MBSE models, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to align solutions with requirements. The position requires on‑site work, a Secret clearance with TS eligibility, and experience with SysML and MBSE tools.

Responsibilities

Develop system architectures using MBSE methodologies
Create and maintain SysML models with NoMagic CSM
Capture, decompose, and trace system requirements
Collaborate with government and multidisciplinary teams
Prepare briefing materials for design reviews
