Model-Based Systems Engineer

The Model-Based Systems Engineer will join the Systems Engineering Department at the Undersea Systems Office within the Applied Research Laboratory at Penn State, contributing to the full system lifecycle from concept development through sustainment. This role involves applying MBSE methods and SysML-based modeling to define and analyze system architectures, translating stakeholder needs into formal models, and supporting technical reviews and trade studies. The position requires collaboration with engineering teams, program management, and stakeholders to develop and validate large-scale undersea warfare models and simulations.
