Model Maker

The Model Maker role is based in the Aerodynamics department at Williams F1, where the incumbent will craft and test high-precision 60% scale model parts in an advanced wind tunnel facility. This position involves manufacturing and testing precision parts while collaborating with Model Design, Aero, and Aero Test Facilities teams to maintain development pace and ensure pre-fit models are race-ready. The role requires maintaining high standards of traceability, quality, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced, high-stakes motorsport environment.
