Model Risk Management (MRM) Team

Vanguard is seeking an experienced model risk professional to lead the independent validation and challenge of AI/ML and generative AI models across the enterprise. The role involves ensuring models are conceptually sound, well-governed, and fit for purpose while collaborating with data scientists, quantitative developers, and technology partners. The position also contributes to evolving the model risk management framework and shaping methodologies for consistent, enterprise-wide application of model risk principles.
