About this role

The Modeling and Simulations Capability SME will support the Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command component exercise program by building and institutionalizing a robust M&S training capability. The role focuses on developing and managing simulated environments and vignettes that replicate operational theaters and the RAVEN physical environment to enhance live, virtual, and synthetic training. The SME will also train MARSOC personnel to employ these tools and ensure integration with broader exercise scenarios. The position includes assessment and reporting on the effectiveness of M&S capabilities to senior exercise leadership.
