About this role

As a Senior Models and Simulation Developer and SME, you will lead the design, development, and integration of complex Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) simulation environments to support Joint and Coalition exercises. This central role involves providing realistic virtual battlefields for training, analysis, and system validation while offering technical leadership and strategic direction to development teams.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of complex LVC simulation environments
Ensure seamless data exchange across disparate simulation and C4I systems
Provide technical direction and supervision to development teams
Present strategic plans for simulation architecture and roadmaps
Oversee full M&S lifecycle including requirements analysis and accreditation

Skills

Qualifications
