Modernization Program Manager - Associate Director (Onsite)

The Program Manager (Value Stream Leader) will lead a high-complexity modernization program within the Protected Communications Systems business, supporting a trusted satellite communications system used by the U.S. Navy and international partners. The role is a Raytheon position supporting Collins Mission Systems and includes accountability for overall program execution and future capture activities. This onsite role is based in Marlborough, MA and requires an active, transferable U.S. government security clearance.
