Modification Supervisor

The Modification Supervisor directs and monitors structural and composite work for aircraft undergoing repair or modification within the Repair Station. This role oversees modification lines, serves as the primary customer liaison, and coordinates with A&P and Avionics Leads to ensure production timelines and quality standards are met. The position also involves managing staffing levels, labor hours, and project budgets to support operational objectives.
