Mold Technician

The Mold Technician oversees and directs the operation of the Molding Department to ensure parts are manufactured and packaged to Amcor Standards. This role involves setting up and monitoring injection molding machines, making process adjustments, and coordinating with Quality Assurance and Maintenance to maintain efficient production levels. The position requires a strong technical understanding of machinery, raw materials, and quality standards while leading by example in a safe and cooperative work environment.
