Mold Tooling Engineering Manager

The Mold Tooling Engineering Manager provides senior-level expertise in mold design, tooling, and design-for-manufacturability to support medical cable assembly and connector products. This role leads an internal tool shop, oversees new product development and sustaining engineering activities, and ensures the manufacturability of injection-molded components and over-molded parts. The position involves collaborating with product engineering and external mold shops to optimize tooling concepts and resolve manufacturing issues.
