Molder

The role is responsible for the performance, production, and quality of plastic molded parts, including job start‑up and shutdown, troubleshooting molding parameters, automation systems, and secondary processes. The employee ensures parts meet bill‑of‑materials requirements, performs mold and version changes, and participates in continuous improvement and safety activities.
