Molding - Packer (D Shift, 7pm - 7am)

A Packer reports to the Molding Cell Leader and is primarily responsible for packing molded production parts while visually inspecting them for quality defects. The role involves assembling and labeling boxes, sorting offline parts, and assisting with line clearance during product changes. Packers also cover for absent colleagues, escalate consistent quality issues, and complete necessary inspection forms throughout their shift.
