Molding PE

The Molding PE role involves providing engineering support and process operations for various semiconductor packaging stages, including MD, BM, de-coppering, SAW, OS, and FVI. The position requires managing process documentation, supporting production lines, resolving anomalies, and optimizing BGA post-process workflows to improve yield. Additionally, the role includes leading new product introductions, training new staff, and managing SPC for continuous improvement.
