The Molding Process Technician is responsible for setting molds, operating machinery, and troubleshooting technical issues while mentoring Mold Setters. This role supports the Molding Process Engineer in developing scientific molding processes and validations, and conducts testing to address internal and external complaints. The position ensures a safe, organized work environment and maintains compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
