Molding Supervisor

The Molding Supervisor oversees the molding department to ensure the production of quality components while meeting key metrics for safety, quality, and productivity. This role involves leading continuous improvement projects, training associates, and collaborating with engineering teams to optimize processes and maintain high standards. The position also requires filling in for the Molding Manager as needed and promoting a positive associate relations environment.
