Moll Operator

The Moll Operator is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Moll Die Cutter in the Print Transition Department, ensuring correct registration, clean die-cut quality, and proper perforation depth throughout the production run. This role involves setting up the feeder, in-feed, and magnetic die cylinder according to specific job requirements while maintaining all safety mechanisms and guards. The operator also instructs the moll crew on job duties and ensures a safe working environment for themselves and their team.
