Responsibilities

Lead execution of European Money Processing transformation strategy across multiple countries
Drive Lean initiatives using Value Stream Mapping and Standard Work methodologies
Partner with operations leaders to implement new operating models and processes
Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and monitor performance
Coach teams to embed continuous improvement capabilities and operational excellence
